Blueberry picking

Love this time of year! We tried a new blueberry farm today that is supposed to be certified organic next year (but already practicing). It's in High Springs, about a 40-minute drive from our house. It is near Poe Springs and Blue Springs, if you wanted to make a day of going to a spring and picking blueberries. That is what I wish we had thought of sooner. Live and learn, or live and increase your multi-tasking. Anyway, they are $3.50 a pound. We went at the very end of Saturday, and there were still plenty of blueberries. And I must say that the staff (maybe also the family/house residents) were so great! They encouraged you to eat while you pick and were super friendly.
